How to book

In order to book a photography session, a deposit of half the total is required. This deposit is non-refundable. Paying total amount for sessions is not permitted. Please contact booking@gfxjones.com with preferred shooting dates. Once a date is agreed upon you will receive a confirmation email containing date, time & address for your session.

Cancellation/Rescheduling

If you can not make your appointment, you must cancel before 24 hrs before the session. There is a rescheduling fee. The deposit will be transferable to another session. The rescheduled date must be scheduled within 30 days of date of cancellation. If no date is scheduled, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required for a new session.

You will receive session of 150-400 photos via Dropbox, or flash drive if requested. The photos will be WATERMARKED. It is your responsibility to save your photos from Dropbox as soon as possible. The folder will expire after 14 days. If you want additional photos without watermark you must purchase edits.

EDITS may take anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on quantity

Session images will be processed and turned in no later than 48 hrs after the session. Please allow up to three days for group shoots.

Session images will be sent via DROPBOX, please download/save your images once they’re sent to you

Policy

• In order to book a photography session, a deposit is required upfront. This deposit is non-refundable.

•Edits may take 2-4 business weeks, so if your photos are time sensitive, please book ahead of time. All edits are final. If you are looking for something specifically edited in your photos, please communicate that.

• Graphic Jones Media reserves the right to display all client work on social media, portfolio etc.

• Please make sure you have a thorough understanding of the date & time your appointment is scheduled. Rescheduling must be done more than 24 hours before your scheduled session.

• Going over your allotted session time will result in being automatically upgraded to the next package.

• Please note that all props are not included/provided in the session. If you want props (i.e. balloons or confetti for a birthday shoot) you must bring them or contact me to arrange the props ahead of time.

• Graphic Jones Media has a strict policy against NCNS (No-Call/No-Shows) any NCNS is a forfeiture of your deposit. Rescheduling more than once or cancellation less than 24 hrs before your session will also cost another deposit.

• After 20 mins late your session will be cancelled.

• In order to maintain social distancing, 1 accompanying guest is permitted to come along.
• No children allowed unless being photographed.
